The Survival Sequences challenge was a bit of a blur, with Shan emerging as the winner! Everyone seemed to agree to send Heather packing, and just like that we’re down to 7! 

1.      That challenge was a doozy! Did you have any particular strategy for Survival Sequences? How’d that work out for you?
2.      Was voting out Heather YOUR idea, or did you go along for some reason? If it wasn’t your preference, why did you go along with it?
3.      Do you have any true ride or dies at this point? Do you think you’re theirs? Who thinks you’re loyal to them, but you’re not?
4.      Who do you think is the biggest threat to your torch right now? What will you do about that?
5.      Who do you think is most likely to give a bitter jury speech?
6.      Have you made any big moves so far this season? What were they?
7.      What would your fellow tribemates find the most surprising to learn about you?

1.     That challenge was a doozy! Did you have any particular strategy for Survival Sequences? How’d that work out for you?

• I didn’t last long (pause) in this challenge, but I took a video of the sequence. Don’t worry, made sure to thoroughly read the rules of the challenge because I didn’t want to break them. I used that video to get the answer to the first round. Then while I had Deshawn and Abe going at it in round two I wrote down the sequence on paper, assuming I was going in round 3. Then when I went up against Shan, I thought I answered ridiculously fast, but somehow she beat me so that was it. Good for her.

2.      Was voting out Heather YOUR idea, or did you go along for some reason? If it wasn’t your preference, why did you go along with it?

• This question feels semi-targeted at me, but I mean I think y’all know my answer. It definitely wasn’t my idea, but I don’t think people realize how grateful I was to not be on anyones chopping block even though I didn’t have immunity. An easy vote was music to my ears, so was happy to get Heather out of this game, especially now that she respects me more than she did earlier in this game and now I may actually get her jury vote if I make it to the end which I wouldn’t have if she were voted out a few days ago.

3.      Do you have any true ride or dies at this point? Do you think you’re theirs? Who thinks you’re loyal to them, but you’re not?

• I’d say technically Leslie is my ride or die and we both feel that way about each other. With that being said, I don’t really feel loyalty with anyone and I’m flexible to make any move I can to advance.

4.      Who do you think is the biggest threat to your torch right now? What will you do about that?

• I feel like biggest threat to my torch changes daily, but right now I’m going to say Deshawn. I’m going to try and see if a move can be made on him tonight, I’ve yet to make my signature move during the merge, I think this would be a really nice way for me to clean up the Survivor résumé.

5.      Who do you think is most likely to give a bitter jury speech?

• Honestly I don’t really understand what you’re looking for with this question, so I’m skipping.

6.      Have you made any big moves so far this season? What were they?

• My whole game is a big move, nobody really plays like I do and is able to advance as far as I have, but I’m aware that I talk the talk and I actually need to walk the walk if I want a legitimate chance to win this game.

7.      What would your fellow tribemates find the most surprising to learn about you? 

• Hmmm, I think my tribemates would be most surprised to learn about my Ohio State survivor experience where I was voted out pre-merge. I kind of kept that on the down low because sharing that was bound to come with certain consequences, but telling the stories from that experience after the season should help explain more of the reasons why I’ve played this game the way I am.

Ok this is getting ridiculous. We have a challenge in 2 hours and tribal right after. Need to start talking about what we’re doing. We’re in the final 7 people wake the fuck up. (I so expect that to be the next episode title if I’m voted out, but you can probably find better.)
