Stranded in the Andes

This is the first officialday of your journey in Stranded! You'll have the weekend to get to know your tribe better, I suggest bonding well with each other over the coming days. There were questions in the pre-season confessional, but let's give a couple more.

1. The Tribe Leader is an intriguing position... what do you think it means? Would you want to be it or not? How do you feel of who gets it?
2. People are chatting it up today, so give us the deets: who are you vibing with, who are you more mellow on, etc?
3. Any plans for the weekend? Both in-game or out of it?

Trust me, when we say this game will get real intense and fast once the challenges begin to start after the weekend, we mean it. Good luck! And as always, feel free to type or speak whatever you want in here.

Tribe Leader: clearly the representative for the group and likely an immune player. I don't really care either way, I can play many roles, as long as we win in the end and work as a team it doesn't matter, I hope lol. I think they already picked the Leslie person. 
I think there's many here I haven't spoken to, and from chat I don't think I'm missing too much there. Seem like average people to me, which I personally appreciate: at least the one's I've had chats with. I did see on the first night that some said they had some pretty big issues with the initial challenge: that might be a problem. 
It was my birthday today, had a nice family day. I just realized it's midnight here....

Lack of organization, lot's of nervousness. I'm not surprised we didn't get it.
I was working with what I had, until someone on team said the other team got it. 
I didn't have much convo's about it, I assume some of them did. 
I get the feeling some of them have pow wow's a lot: some are on like all the time LOL
