Loved you with leslie/Jaime and you were definitely a legend this season. The best part was your constant positive attitude and the way you handled adversity with grace. Never taking it personally and always trying to get ahead by any means necessary. Great game!"
Loveita wrote:"Wow. You surprised me so many times this season. First of all, you surprised us in your interview. We pushed you in there and you pushed back and that was the energy I saw all season from you. Second, I thought you were toast at first. In Europe for the first week? On the losingest tribe? The fact you were able to pull in with Leslie and Jaime like you did was PHENOMENAL even with them pulling some of that wool over your eyes. And then you made it to the merge and grinded. You tried everything you could, taking so many slaps to the face from all sides, but always keeping a positive attitude. Mad respect. You're icon material. "
Nofo wrote:"Maybe you should have just tried saying "Hi, how are you?" Maybe that was the idol password."
Danni wrote:"What a star. from the moment you interviewed with us, I knew you were going to be one to watch, but i assumed it would be in an epic pre-merge flameout kind of way. Instead, you became the rootable underdog of the season, always exploring new ways to make it another day in the game, even if it meant working with players who vocally didn't like you. ON TOP OF THAT, you were kind to the other players, even when they were stonewalling you. You're a class act who also happens to be insane, and i say that with all the love in the world"
Dean wrote:""Idol?
Gotta be real. App was promising but you really were such a shit interview mate. Only later did you recover, and we badly wanted you to play. You were in Europe the first week, and you really were in danger of being a potential first boot. I wanted to see you survive since I knew there was potential to see. And boy did you bring it when you got back! I loved how you messaged EVERY lurker and host possible about an idol. I think the total count was 39 IM'd people, 25 were hosts/lurkers. Iconic. I thought you'd be good for a laugh then be done early merge, but you turned into THE underdog of the whole season. Not afraid to rattle the Ancha majority SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! <3""
Susie wrote:"You are by far the biggest surprise for me, JR. Your lofty self-image just screamed buffoon to me in the interview, and instead, we got a scrappy, strategic dervish of a player that was a shining light this season. You overcame so many obstacles and worked so well with what you had. Very impressive. Loved your cheerful approach to the game the most, it's fun to watch someone trying everything to survive and having fun doing it! Your fruitless idol search will be a server meme for a long time!"
Tyler wrote:"before the game started I questioned whether or not you would be the not-to-be-missed player you claimed you would be. And I’m not too proud to admit I was wrong. As the (other) main character this season, you 100% brought the fireworks and energy to the game that gave lurker island hope of upsetting the stoner-3-steamroll. I anticipated you dying a villain, but you lived long enough to see yourself become a hero."
James Lin wrote:"Absolutely stellar performance. You fought from the bottom from the very start of the game when your name was being brought up as you were inactive to the lopsided merge where you just kept trying every single thing under the sun. That "never give up" attitude is something I appreciated and respected quite a bit from your game. There's nothing worse than someone that doesn't give their all when their back is against the wall and I'm glad you didn't do that. I hope to see you play again."
